Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8035e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey
For some reason I can't print on card stock. When trying to print the. paper cycles through, but it is blank. I have changed the paper settings to "Thick paper" but not sure what else I need to do.

The 110 lb is for cards, not for cardstock those are two very different media. You got the wrong information from someone you spoke to. The cardstock is not supported, the maximum for plain paper is 28 lb.
