hello 1st time posting
I have a 6234 all in one printer, when I try and print on card it cuts the top of the page off by accouple of cm's, if I want to print on card I have to put what I am printing halfway down the page, but only issue is I am trying to print something today that is the length of the page and cant move it down,
when I print on normal paper then it prints perfect
has anyone had this issue any help would be appreciated
Operating System: WINDOWS 11
Software / Application: ANY
Connection Type: wifi and cable
Content Type: ANY
A4 size card

Check the Specifications to ensure the card paper you are using is supported in size, type (Index), and weight.

Load paper according to the instructions.
Important
Check Tray and Paper settings to ensure you are loading paper in the tray / location supported for that paper size and paper type.

Check / Adjust the supported paper size and type in Tray and Paper.
Tray and Paper is available using the Embedded Web Server (EWS) and from within HP Smart (Advanced Settings).
Reminder:
HP Smart - Mobile >> Paper Size and Type must be adjusted before content is opened.

One of the less common mistakes that usually results in job failure but might simply ruin the output:
Make sure the selected Paper Size AND Paper Type are a compatible match to the actual paper you are using.
