HP Envy 6055e
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to print onto cardstock with my HP ENVY 6000 series printer, specifically the 6055e HP+ version. I am unsure if this is possible since it seems like the paper keeps getting stuck in the printer and ends up with nothing but smeared ink on it when I try to take it out. I don't  know what settings I would need to select to make this possible, if it is at all.

Next,

It is necessary that the printer be aware of the paper loaded in the tray.

This printer lacks a display panel - use the Embedded Web Server (EWS) to configure / check Tray and Paper settings.

Reminder

When using HP Smart Mobile, paper size / type must be set before the item to be printed is opened / viewed.

Example - Retain / Modify / Check Paper Size & Type - Tray and Paper Management

Next,

Whether you have access to the full range of features supported by the printer depends on having installed the Full Feature Software / full driver printer software for the printer.

Next,

Next,

Where you adjust the Shortcut / Paper Size / Paper Type for the current job depends on which software / application you are using.

Which software you use depends on the type of task and the content you are printing.

For example,

Adobe Reader DC might be better for booklet printing
