Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M29w Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printing #10 envelopes from MailMerge 2021,  After aninitial successful print of 4-5 envelopes, the printer gets hot and pauses for 4 minutes.  Then goes into a continuous cycle of printing 2 envelopes and waiting 4 minutes.

 

Anyway to make printing faster?

Probably not. The issue with envelopes is that they are a narrow media and the outer edges of fuser get very hot and fuser damage can occur if it does not cool off.
