Printing photos

I am at my wits end, I have been 3 days trying to solver this problem  HP envy photo 6200 printer 

photo paper does not feed it says no paper I have cleaned the rollers , I have the correct  phpt paperv, A4  document paper prints well

What you do next depends on several things, including:

• The Operating System / version you are running
• The Device (computer, tablet, phone) -- if you don't tell us the OS/version at least the device will give us a hint about where to start
• Photo Print type -- For example -- Single photo?  Sized photo on larger paper?  Multiple photos on one sheet?
• The software or application you are using to open, view, configure, and submit the job to the printer
• Important:  Paper weight supported by the printer?
• Paper Size? 

Perhaps some details:

• Have you ever been able to print photos with this printer? 
• If Windows, is the Full Feature Software installed (full driver printer software) ?
• Important: Trying to print Borderless?
• HP Paper or other high-quality brand?   Glossy?  Matte?
• Important:  Is the printer aware of the Paper Size & Type - Tray and Paper?
• Are paper size and type matched in the print settings?  For example, Paper size 4x6 inch photo paper is not the same thing as 4x6 in index card paper.

Use the HP printer Embedded Web Server (EWS)

EWS – Browser – Tray and Paper Management

Open your Browser > Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Tab Settings > Preferences > Tray and Paper (Management)

Select / Adjust settings for Paper Size / Type

Model Dependent:  Advanced section

Click Apply to save changes

Reminder

HP Smart Mobile requires that paper size / type is adjusted before the content is opened to be printed.
