Product: HP Photosmart Premium Fax e-All-in-One Printer - C410a
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

 

I want to make a copy from my all in one printer and the main tray does not work. It pulls the paper but it does not copy the information, then, an error appears "Document feeder jam, reload document and then restart job" 

Printer it is not Jam! I check all possibilities of jamming and there is no jam. Everything else works except the main tray.

I purchased this printer from Ebay and I tried to communicate with them with no avail. It is frustrating, they took my money and there is not even a credit for it.
