When printing, the printouts are consistently rotated slightly counter-clockwise, and not properly aligned with the paper. The printer seems happy and oblivious to the problem, no error messages.

Using standard A4 paper. I have tried to remove all papers from the printer and inserting them again, but the problem remains.

Two most common issues:

- paper guides in tray not set proper allowing paper to twist as it is fed

- something in the paper path is dragging on the paper, resulting in uneven feeding. Have you had a recent paper jam that required you to remove paper in pieces. Or a bit of label?

I think the paper guides are properly set.

I have not had any paper jam, and I have never used labels or anything else than plain A4 paper in this printer.

The printer is quite new and has not been used much.
