Printouts pages being pushed out of printer by subsequent printouts on LJ200 M276

LJ 200 series M276
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This is a recently purchased M276 color MFP printer.  The user says it started doing this out of the box 2 weeks ago. It will print one page, and as the next page comes out it starts pushing the first out of the printer. The user has taken a small piece of cardboard and put it in the slot created by the front door and the printer. This keeps the paper from falling off the front of the printer. There is nothing like a paper stop built into the printer. Is this a design flaw? I noticed that the flaps that sit in the paper path at the exit are spring loaded and they force the leading edge of the page down hard upon exit, which is what catches on the previously printed page. Has anyone one else seen this and what is the solution. User is not very happy at present.

The printer does not have an output bin guide to hold the paper, it is the design of the printer.

I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!
