Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

If reports are printing from Tray 2, there's no issue at all. I've noticed that it's when it's pulling them from Tray 1, that it pulls extra pieces of blank paper & I'm not sure why. It will pull 1 blank page before the reports, then pull another blank page somewhere in the middle, then another blank page about 3 pages before the end of the reports. I've read explanations saying that software could need updated in certain situations & on other models, a solenoid could need cleaned, but not on this model. So, for the M607, what is most likely the cause for only Tray 1 to be pulling these extra blank pages through, at approximately the same places, within reports?  Thank you!
