Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Have had a OfficeJet Pro 9025 for a couple years.  Today I started having a problem Tray 2 not recognizing anything placed in it.  I usually use Tray 2 for #10 envelopes or company checks (8.5 x 11).  I've tried both but keep getting msg on display that says to load the paper and confirm the guides are in the correct position.  Tray 1 works fine.
