I HAVE A PAPER JAM ON MY M479DW - EVENT CODE 13.09.14 THERE IS NO PAPER VISIBLE FROM THE BACK, THE CARTRIDGE AREA OR IN THE PAPER TRAY.  PLEASE HELP
