Says paper jam but I can see no jammed paper

The system says I have a paper jam. I followed the videos to check the paper feed, and the back, and the other area. I did pull out crunched up paper from the paper tray but that is the only place with an issue. All paper feeding is clear but I still get the paper jam prompt. I did print out a test page just fine but it will not take a document from the computer. Any ideas? Thanks.

Paper jam can be "real" or a condition perceived by the printer to be a "jam".

The following procedure is for an OfficeJet Pro series - the resolution process is similar for most models:

HP OfficeJet Pro 9010, 9020 Printers - Paper Jam Error
