HP Envy 4500 All-In-One, No. A9T80A
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Looking for a diagram, video, or other resource to reattach the black carriage belt that I'm certain is causing my Carriage Jam error.  (There's no paper jamming, and the belt is flopping loose and not attached at an end, as I think it needs to be.)  I'm guessing I need to disassemble some part -- possibly on the left side ? -- to reattach.

Thanks for any tips, Aron

@Aroninesac, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

There are no documents available to do this. A false carriage jam error could also be because of the encoder strip.

To resolve a carriage jam issue, refer to - 'Carriage Jam' or 'E3' Error Displays

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers or take it to a local repair shop.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
