Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have recently, today (05/12/2023), replaced my printer. My other printer broke down when a plastic gear piece that is part of the paper feed snapped, for some unknown reason. My question is can it be submitted for refurbishing? If so, where? I don't want to get it refurbished for my use but for recycling purposes.
