Product: HP ENVY 7640 e-All-in-One Printer

Hello. My printer has been making a loud grinding sound whenever I print something. I read somewhere that it might be a problem with the roller or gear that needs repair. I've already tried to take out the cartridges and putting them back in. There are no paper jams. Can someone help me with this?
