HP Office Jet Pro 8035

Hello, 

My HP Office Jet Pro 8035 constantly jams.  I can no longer use the printer.  
I've cleared the jams, following the directions on HP's videos, and it still continues to jam.  The jam is near the rollers, not the ink cartridges. Sometimes several sheets of paper are there. 
The printer is 1 1/2 years old, so the warranty no longer applies.  
I'm very disappointed. What do I do now?

I see that the paper jams in the printer roller. To assist you better, what type and size of paper are you using?

 

For now, let us try these steps:

 

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your MAC.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

 

Clean the paper pick rollers as shown in this document - Paper Jam Error

 

Make sure the paper is properly placed in the input tray - Loading Paper, Envelopes
