Replace belts in Automatic Document Feeder

There are two small belts in the Automatic Document Feeder that are visible when the top of the printer is opened. One of these has broken. How do I remove the shaft / rollers to facilitate replacement of these belts?

There products were never designed with the idea of being disassembled. You can check Youtube or other online sites and you might find someone who has done this and created a video. If not and you are determined to fix it, you will have to work it out. In terms of parts, your best option is likely going to be O rings from a hardware store as HP does not offers parts for these devices.
