HP PageWide Pro 477dw Multifunction Printer

The flimsy piece of plastic to which the spring (shown in the bottom right hand corner of the picture) was attached  has snapped off.  It's so small and flimsy for a very powerful job, it's not surprising that it broke,  I don't understand why it was plastic and not a stronger material like metal.   Printing form that tray is now impossible.  Anyway, I now have to replace the print tray.  Where can I buy a new replacement printer tray?IMG_1362.JPG   I am in Switzerland.

I found a manual solution to the broken plastic/spring in the HP paper tray.

The solution involved using a very thin plastic zip-tie to wrap around the end of the spring then underneath the mechanism with the cogwheel.  Solved with a zip-tie.   Since this may be a little tricky to visualize, I am enclosing some close up photos which may help someone else with the same problem.  The scratches on the plastic were from me testing whether I could drill a hole to connect to the spring..  The printer tray now works again thanks to the zip-tie.  It's a little fiddly to do, but I am 70 years old , so if I can do it, anybody can.5A6F8514-51EB-4990-89DF-E425826F11FE.jpeg5D62DC55-00BE-4836-9E62-3432EDE63E35_1_201_a.jpeg0286A41F-1F68-4A39-8030-0C2EA9440EFE.jpeg
