The paper delivery tray (where the print job lands after completion) on my HP SmartTank 6001 just broke, I have had it for less than 6 months so I don't really want to deal with that for the remaining life of the printer. Does anyone know where/how I could purchase the part? or would HP send me one? I have gone through all of the options available on the "support" page and none of them will get me to what I need and the rep I spoke with on the phone had no idea what I was talking about.

 

I just need the part so that my print jobs aren't falling out and getting out of order, I am willing to buy one but the only replacement parts I am able to find are print heads and ink related.
