Product: HP ENVY 6458e All-in-One Printer

Hp sent me a replacement printer not delivered to me by fedex . I cant send the old printer and  cant get through to hp live agents . I will be billed for s printer i fidnt get and be stuck with a faulty printer that hp says ' is no longer in their system' as mine ! What do i do?
