Replacement paper tray for an HP ENVY 5032

HP Recommended

Hello to everyone.

Does anyone know if HP provides replacement parts. During a house move the paper tray on my Envy 5032 was broken and now I need a replacement but cannot find anything here about where I can do this:

Any ideas would be really appreciated

Hi, I have the same issue, a small part at the bottom back of the paper tray broke off and the printer now shows "paper tray not shut".

I had Whatsapp contact with HPsupport staff, but they said because this is not a guarantee issue they cannot help me and could not say if I can purchase a replacement. They advised me to glue the part, but this doesn`t work, the part is too small.

Can anybody else advise me where to purchase a replacement paper tray - I had a look at retailers like Curry`s (where I had bought the printer) but they don`t sell it.

I would have to throw away an otherwise perfectly fine printer (because of a tiny little part)!

Would certainly not re-purchase an HP printer in that case.
