Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer

My 4 month old printer did not allow me to change the cartridges as the arm was stuck in the far right hand position and did not go to the middle where I could change the cartridges. I spoke at length with the agent, troubleshooting for a long time. Finally it was concluded that the printer was defective and I would be given another printer as a replacement. I was shocked to discover that I was sent a refurbished model as a replacement for my 4 month old printer.  This is entirely unacceptable! I cannot believe that HP would stoop so low.  This will definitely be my last HP printer that I will buy!
