Product: HP LaserJet Tank 1504w Printer

Hello,

 

I was asked to return the printer because of a defect.

I received an e-mail with a trackercode from ups

tHE ups  point in my hometown doesn't accept trackingcode only.

They want a barcode .

My casenumber 

Case number: [edit] has been closed.

 

I would like to inform how to act now.
