Return address on envelope prints 1 7/8" too far to the right, regardless of the adjustments I make

I noticed that this problem happened to someone else 7 years ago with a different printer.  Printer has two feeder trays.  The same thing happens while using both:  the envelope prints 1 7/8" too far to the right, yet on the screen, it looks correct.  The settings in Wordfor sure, are set to a #10 envelope.  This printer has a middle feeder.  And please do not tell me to uninstall and reinstall- I have done that 2x.  Thank you.

Have you tried printing from different App other than Word?

Thank you
