Product: HP laser jet pro M28

Hi my printer shows error 5 paper jam cleared it still shows 5 unplugged for 2 mins still shows 5.  No jam ! 
still under warranty how can I return it for UK repair just wasted 2 hours trying any help much appreciated thank you

Return it to the seller. Ask the seller for a replacement printer or warranty repair.
