Hello everyone !
I can no longer print with my printer.
When it was working fine, all of a sudden it said "Error unloading the roll!" "
It actually starts printing and gives stops, then "Roll unloading error!" "
So I changed the roll to see and it doesn't change a thing.
I have reset the factory settings and it doesn't change a thing.
Do you know my problem?
