HP Recommended
Product: Samsung CLX 3305
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have replaced the Pick up roller but the paper will still not pick up. Get message "Paper Jam Tray 1" I am sure that have replaced the Pick up roller correctly. Are there any other things to check.
