Product: Samsung Xpress SL-C480FW Color Laser Multifunction Printer

Hi,

 

I got the above printer and keep getting the following message on the screen paper jam in tray, with the status light flashing orange red. I checked the 3 areas where possibly could be paper jammed in

but there is no paper at all. Then I did replace the transfer roller with a brand new one and still the problem perstists.

As when I am sending documents to print the printer doesnt catch the paper to print it.

Any ideas on this issue please on how to sort it?
