Product: HP Color Laser MFP 178nwg

Nothing happend and suddenly my printer doesn't work anymore. The display shows that the scanner is open or there is a paperjam. There is no paper.  I have open the front and back door an nothing is inside. The scanner is closed. I can scan with the mobile app but cannot print.

Addional info. I have removed energy while the printer was on and have waited more than 60seconds. Nothing changed
