Please clarify a little so we can better understand the issue. If you put paper in the document feeder and try to simply copy does it work? If yes then you have an issue with your scanning software or the driver you installed for scanning. If the device will not copy either then you likely have a hardware issue with the ADF assembly. Please provide as much detail as possible.
