Product: HP OfficeJet 6958 All-in-One Printer

I'm receiving several fault messages on my device: 1) "Paper Jam". There is no paper jam. I removed the paper tray, opened all of the covers, etc. and there are no paper jams. 2) "Improper Shut Down" when I shut down the printer according to the instructions (using the power  button). 3) "Printer Failure" 0x3100004a; There is a problem with the printer or print system. Turn the printer off, then on. If you continue to get this message, contact HP.

 

The device will not print, copy or scan. Please help!
