Hi,

My problem is the Ink carriage is stuck on the right side, I sent the printer to a repair shop & they found that a small plastic gear is cracked & he failed to find a spare part for it.

A few days back, I got the contact number of the local support by contacting the Kuwait Support number from your website, but unfortunately, their mobile is always switched off.

The printer is almost new because I'm not regularly using it.

Please help.

HP Recommended

HP offers very little in the way of spare parts for inkjet machines due to the cost of labor to repair the machine makes the repair process unacceptable to most customers,. You could try Ebay or local sales sites if someone happens to be parting out a machine.
