Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I've recently bought new ink for my hp Deskjet Ink advantage 2337 so I can finally print thing I need but when I plug it to my computer then do some stuff then print the status would say that it's Deleting And I'm really confused so I checked the status from an app it said it was offline but I was open. So I tried everything I can do but it wouldn't work. I tried tutorials and stuff and it still wouldn't work please help me I really need to print something important.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you. 

 

I see that you are facing issues with your hp Deskjet Ink Advantage 2337. 
I suggest you follow these troubleshooting steps 
 

hold down the Windows key and press R.
    from the Run window, type services.msc and hit enter.
    if the machine asks for Admin you have to accept this,
    look down to the print spooler service, right-click it and select the properties
    click on the Stop button,
    browse to C:\Windows\System32\Spool\printers or C:\Windows\System\Spool\printers (this may be hidden)
    delete the job inside this folder
    reboot the machine
