I have a paper jam which I am trying to clear.  However I am unable to open the printer ink area compartment door to clear the paper,.  It will lift a little bit on the right side, but the left hand side is firmly stuck down and will not budge.  Printer is just out of warranty.  Any help would be much appreciated, don't want to have to replace the printer just due to not being able to clear a paper jam as has worked perfectly until now

I have now resolved this problem thanks to google!.  Discovered I needed to open both the printer lid and access door at the same time, whereas I had been trying to do individually.
