Sudden issues with photo paper, crooked

I have been printing on 6x4 photo paper with absolutely no issues.  The last time I printed was just a few days ago; however, today all my photos are crooked and some are even only half printing.  I have completed various trouble shooting steps including updating my drivers, turning the printer off and on, head cleaning, printer alignment, cleaning the rotator heads, you name it.  Nothing works.  It prints fine on regular paper of any size, even will print on the reverse side of the photo paper fine so I am assuming it's a feed issue.  I always select photo paper when printing too but even tried selecting regular paper, different print qualities, 4x6, 4x6 borderless, 10x15.  I haven't changed the photo paper I am using but even went out and bought a different brand of photo paper to try and that was the same.  I have also tried printing from my Mac, my windows pc and a phone. All the same.  I definitely think there is a hardware issue but I am at a loss for how to fix it

I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

Have you used HP photo papers?  Make sure the photo papers are properly loaded, refer to - Loading Paper and Envelopes for HP ENVY 4500 and HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3540 e-All-in-One Printer ...
