Product: HP DesignJet T520 36-in Printer

I have a T520 that had a bad paper jam. After I cleared the paper jam, I keep getting the error "Possible Jam, printer cannot continue. Remove jammed paper, review that cartridges and printhead are correctly installed. Press OK to continue". 

 

I had a hard time getting the jammed paper out. I don't see any paper or anything else in the paper path. I have cleaned the encoder strip. When a roll was loaded, the printer would spit out about 4 feet and then cut. The roll and carriage move freely. Please help.
