Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Transfer belt error displaying on HP color laser jet mfp 179fnw.

We have followed the instruction on the TECH menu -> Data setup -> Clear counts -> 1934 - > Transfer belt but we still receive the transfer belt error

You can't fix the transfer belt error by resetting the transfer belt count.
