Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello community,

 

I have the issue others have reported with the m177fw reporting a jammed document feeder and have done all the cleaning and resetting advised and the firmware is current (2020). I suspect that there is debris inside the feeder and I am willing to take this apart at my own risk, even if I end up breaking the printer. Can anyone point me to a manual or video on how to do this? I found one on youTube that is not filmed very well and doesn't give me a good understanding of the steps.
