The Paper Feeder on the printer stopped working. Gives a grinding noise and says paper jam.

HP OfficeJet Pro 9019/Premier All-in-One Printer

I have an HP Office Jet Pro 9010.  The paper feeder stopped working.  When activated it gives a grinding noise, and says "Paper Jam", but there is no paper in the system.

If you have not done so, it is perhaps time to clean the printer, including the paper path.
