Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi,  

The back feeder does not take the paper.   The icon paper with the bent edge is blinking and there is an exclamation point next to the color ink icon.  

Any help would be appreciated since HP won't talk to you if you don't have a warranty.   Great customer service.  I guess that's why I just buy Brother now.
