The ink cartridge access door of the 9010 printer won’t lift to deal with the paper jam. How can I fix this?

You need to make sure that the document feeder is closed, and you need to lift the document feeder and scanner at the same time. If the document feeder is open or lifted first the cartridge access door is locked.
