Product: HP Photosmart 7520 e-All-in-One Printer

The paper feed is not working. By paper feed, I mean new paper tray for all print jobs, not the top feeder tray.  I have tried all the recommended cleaning/reset troubleshooting. Is there a part that can solve this problem? My printer is in great shape and has not been used much. It was not very dirty. Please advise.
