Product: Hp Envy 120
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

The paper tray extender on my HP envy 120 printer is sticking, it acts like the metal driveshaft that drives it needs to be lubricated. Sometimes the paper tray extender just moves in a very jerky motion and finally gets fully extended and sometimes it gets stuck halfway there and everything stops.
