I have a Hp laptop and Windows Minimal and there's a small black box that pops up with the word WINDOW at the top.  Please help

Could you please elaborate on the issue and also share the screenshot of the window popup you are referring to?

 

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
