I have a thump, thump, thump noise that is continuous through the print page cycle except may for one second in the middle of the process. It doesn't seem to hurt the operation of the printer or print quality but it is annoying to listen to.

Hi,

Are you using genuine HP toner cartridges? a noisy operation may occur due to low toner levels with any of the cartridges, or due the cartridges quality when using Non-HP Toner cartridges.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I use genuine new HP cartridges. But I checked their levels and they are all low. That may be the issue. I Will order new one's now. Thanks for your comments.
