Product: HP ENVY 120 e-All-in-One Printer

all of a sudden my tray extender started jetting out instead of slowly winding out and a prompt pops up saying  there’s an obstruction but there’s nothing there. It shoots out. Makes a loud sound. It was working 5 seconds ago. Help
