Trying to print on thicker paper

Hello I’m trying to print on thicker paper but it keeps jamming how can I stop this from happening? Or can I not print on thicker paper?

The "Thicker paper" must be a supported Paper Size / Type and Weight as listed in the Printer Specifications.

Much depends on the printer model (and what it supports), the content type, whether the printer is aware of the paper size/type, the software or application you are using to view and submit the job, And the Settings used to configure the job.
