Envy 2524
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi,

Trying to print using 225g card on my envy 2524 printer but it only prints out the end bit. Is the card too thick or what setting do I use seems to be the card struggles to feed into the rollers and that’s why it’s only printing the last part of the page ?

Help would be much appreciated

thanks

@Shan-25, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

This model printer supports up to 200 g/m2 (110 lb index) cards.

For more info, refer to Paper-handling section on the product specifications page.

To know how to load the cards correctly in the printer, refer to - Loading Paper, Cards, and Envelopes

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
