Two new Officejet Pro 7740 from Best Buy. Printers are missing the Paper Tray Extension Covers

I purchased two new Officejet Pro 7740 from Best Buy.   Both Printers are missing the Paper Tray Extension Covers.   I returned them to Best Buy and placed a new order shipped via Fedex.   New Printers are also missing the Paper Tray Extension Covers.   These are brand new printers, I'm not understanding why its missing these parts from factory.

Follow the instructions below to reach them:

1) Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device. 

4) Select the country from the drop-down. 

5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 

6)Fill the web form and proceed further.

We purchased a new OfficeJet Pro 7740 from Amazon and it also did not come with the Tray Extension Cover.

I contacted HP Support and they pointed me toward the manual (http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05216524.pdf) which does not mention the Tray Extension Cover. However, I pointed them to an HP Knowledge Base article on loading paper into the OfficeJet Pro 7740 (https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05168241) and it explicitly mentions the Tray Extension Cover.

I'm wondering if this is something which isn't included with the 7740 anymore. If so, is it possible to purchase it separately? I found an Extension Tray Cover for sale on the HP site (https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop/pdp/hp-laserjet-extension-tray-cover), but it says it is for LaserJet printers. Any luck finding one for the OfficeJet Pro 7740?

I would say they do not include it anymore, I could find no reference on the HP part surfer website either.
