Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP envy 5540 unable to print. It jams. No paper caught. Have tried all options without success. Can you help?

I see that you are not able to print. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Paper Jam Error

 

Check if the paper is loaded correctly, refer to - Loading Paper, Envelopes, and Cards

Make sure you are using compatible paper.

 

If the issue persists,
